I also had the unpleasant task of having to report a fellow tenant who was disturbing me each & every day/night by having his television volume far too loud. After tolerating this for some time, I contacted Joyce Martin & expressed my concerns. As expected, she advised me to monitor the situation, & provide her with details. "My 88 year old father moved from his home of 40 years to Allison Gardens in October. From our first contact with Yvonne Forbes we were very impressed with her professionalism and compassion. She showed him the apartment he was to get as well as an apt being renovated so he could see what the end result would look like. When he moved in he had issues getting his phone hooked up, Yvonne was an incredible help liaising with Bell, Roger’s and any deliveries requiring access to the building by taking calls and being available to assist. My dad is retired Military, he comments often on how he sees Yvonne cleaning the stairs and hallways, is always accessible and makes him feel safe and secure in his new home, always with a smile and a hello. She is a true gem, and as a daughter looking out for an elderly father, keeps me at ease knowing I don’t have to worry about him when I am not around. "
