I also had the unpleasant task of having to report a fellow tenant who was disturbing me each & every day/night by having his television volume far too loud. After tolerating this for some time, I contacted Joyce Martin & expressed my concerns. As expected, she advised me to monitor the situation, & provide her with details. It wasn't long before the matter was rectified. I am once again, enjoying a peaceful life in my apartment. Also, whenever there has been concerns regarding upkeep of the premises, Joyce has rectified the situation swiftly.
