Her attention to detail is mind blowing, she is always so quick to respond, she has handled any and all of my concerns / questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she would put me in touch with someone who did, she is always on the ball with literally anything and everything. I had some water damage complications in my unit, Joyce was incredibly quick And thorough to handle it and worked tirelessly to obtain proper permits and companies to handle the issue for me. Always followed up, always a joy to speak with. (Maybe that’s why her name starts with Joy!) so bravo Malchior, you have one pleased tenant. "

"My 88 year old father moved from his home of 40 years to Allison Gardens in October. From our first contact with Yvonne Forbes we were very impressed with her professionalism and compassion. She showed him the apartment he was to get as well as an apt being renovated so he could see what the end result would look like. When he moved in he had issues getting his phone hooked up, Yvonne was an incredible help liaising with Bell, Roger’s and any deliveries requiring access to the building by taking calls and being available to assist. My dad is retired Military, he comments often on how he sees Yvonne cleaning the stairs and hallways, is always accessible and makes him feel safe and secure in his new home, always with a smile and a hello. She is a true gem, and as a daughter looking out for an elderly father, keeps me at ease knowing I don’t have to worry about him when I am not around. "
